What is your first impression to the country Philippines? If you are residing in Europe, USA or in the Middle East; Philippines is just a small country compared to the countries I have mentioned, right? Though, you have also a tourist’s attraction from your country. I believe that every country has there own famous historic marks that would serve as a spot a record throughout the history while other are placed at the world Guinness book of record. I know that your historic tourists attraction or otherwise a thing/animals or creatures that something unique or exceptional to see in actual are listed to the world Guinness book of record.

Did you know that recently in the worldwide news about the largest crocodile? The salt crocodile lolong (the crocodile’s name which derived from the name of one the hunters who had died away due to stroke and tiredness of hunting the world biggest crocodile) is the largest crocodile all over the world which weighs 1 tone otherwise 1,075 kilos and measures 20.1 feet long or 64 meters. Lolong, a male salt water crocodile if stands up measures much as triple times as 6 footers which is equivalent to 20.1 feet long or two stories house. It is predicted that has 50 to 100 years of existence. Why until now, they are still alive but rarely can be seen? It is because Philippines have locations in which crocodile can still exist. Why they are now endangered or scarce? Some of the reasons is that there homes are now occupied by humans. Therefore, they don’t have enough space in order to multiply more. As population increases, more people will take on or occupy the space of the crocodile environment. That’s why it’s hard for them to produce more.
Lolong is the world biggest or largest crocodile all over the world. But did you know that the second largest crocodile is still found in the Philippines? Are you aware to this latest news? This second biggest crocodile was located in Malabon, Philippines zoo. The salt crocodile’s name is Shaq and measures 18 feet. This crocodile is recently situated at Malabon zoo and now this was 25 years of existence. As of now, this second largest crocodile is very active if somebody wants to feed him with live chicken or pork unlike the biggest crocodile until now, don’t like to eat because of the trauma while he was hunt by the hunters in Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.
The biggest and the second biggest are located in the Philippines. As one of the Filipino people existing here in the Philippines, even though that two crocodiles are not found in my place; I am also proud of them because I am living here in the Philippines.
